Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fabric AI Systems (“we”), the company behind EzPost at ezpost.tech. By creating an account or using EzPost you agree to them.

What EzPost does

EzPost lets you connect your own social media accounts, prepare posts and choose when they are published. We publish on your behalf only what you create and approve.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite.
• Only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage.

Your content and the platforms’ rules

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only so we can provide EzPost. You are responsible for what you post. Do not use EzPost for anything illegal, abusive, deceptive or spammy, or to break the rules of the social platforms you connect (such as YouTube, Meta, X, Bluesky or Mastodon). Platforms can limit or reject posts, and we cannot control that. We show a post as Live only when the platform confirms it.

EzPost uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to what Google handles. You can take back EzPost’s access to your channel at any time, either by disconnecting it in EzPost or in your Google account’s permissions.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled as stated at checkout and as the law requires.

Service availability

We work to keep EzPost running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Social platforms change their systems, which can affect what EzPost can do.

Ending things

You can stop using EzPost and delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the platforms’ rules.

Liability

EzPost is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lawfully give up.

Changes and contact
